Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Only size exchanges or product-to-product exchanges are permitted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or washed products
- Damaged items caused by customer handling
- Customized or altered products
- Final Sale, Clearance, or BOGO offer items
Refund Policy
We currently do not provide monetary refunds.
Only exchanges or store credit (if applicable) will be offered based on the case.
Exchange Process
- Email us at linencultureclo@gmail.com with your order ID and issue.
- Our team will verify the request and guide you through the process.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us using any reliable courier.
- After inspection, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within
48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Cost
- For size exchanges: return shipping is paid by the customer.
- For wrong/damaged items: return shipping is covered by us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
