What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns are valid only for customers in India.
What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

- Contact your bank for delays

Can I exchange a product?
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at linencultureclo@gmail.com. If the product to be exchanged has not been paid for, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

We initiate pickup from our side for most pin codes. If pickup is not available, you’ll need to ship the product back yourself.
Important shipping notes for returns
For returns over ₹2000, use a trackable courier service or shipping insurance. Linen Culture is not responsible for lost return shipments.
